Hycroft Rowhomes in South Surrey

Grandview Rise is a new community located at 24th Avenue and 164th Street. There will be 65 four bedroom freehold rowhomes with detached garages, ranging in size from 2,276 to 2,491 square feet with finished basements. As well, the development includes 49 ground oriented strata townhomes and stacked strata townhomes ranging in size from 662 to 1,920 square feet. Just west of Grandview Rise are the neighbourhood shopping destinations of Morgan Crossing and Grandview Corners, as well as nearby Pacific Heights Elementary and Southridge School. Grandview Rise will be a unique offering in the Metro Vancouver marketplace, with easy access to the amenities of South Surrey. Coming fall 2014.

StreetSide’s project in the Yorkson area of Langley is a master planned community on 82nd Avenue and 204th Street. A mix of townhomes and stratified single family homes, the community will be bordered on three sides by green space, but is still located near the daily conveniences of the new Willoughby Town Centre and Langley.

Maple Heights at Maple Ridge

Maple Heights at 240th Street and Kanaka Way in Maple Ridge boasts greenspace and creek exposure. The homes will range in size from 1,470 to 1,815 square feet and all contain 3 bedrooms, with a mix of 2 and 3 storey layouts. Local amenities are nearby on Dewdney Trunk Road, and there is easy access to Kanaka Creek Regional Park and nearby schools. These 167 townhomes will be available in early 2015.


Condos in Burnaby Heights

StreetSide’s project in The Heights area of Burnaby will be a mixed use residential and commercial project at the corner of Hastings & Willingdon Avenue. This project is currently in the rezoning stage and will be available in mid-2016.
